The Arts Education Partnership's quarterly electronic newsletter The Critical Link features articles and resources on emerging issues related to arts education. The name stems from AEP's communications planning process that revealed that students, parents, and the general public see the arts as connecting learners to essential knowledge and skills and as fostering connections among young people, schools, home, and community.
