Online registration is strongly recommended; however, if you are unable to register online, the following alternatives are available.

NOTE: Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for processing of all paper registration forms (via fax or mail). It may take longer if your registration form arrives on or about the posted deadlines, as these are typically peak instances for registration. Once your registration form is processed, you will receive a confirmation/receipt via regular mail.

NCSA Registration Rates

The rates for the conference have been determined as follows:

Regular Conference Registration:

Early Bird - By April 3: $450
Regular - April 4 - May 29: $500
On-Site - After May 29: $550

School District Team Registration: (A school district team will consist of five persons from any K-12 school district. The team members may be administrators, board members, teachers, or designated parents serving on a district committee. The registration fee provides one full registration free when the team agrees to participate in the program. A district may send as many teams of five persons as they wish but each must consist of five members to qualify for the team price.)

Early Bird - By April 3: $1,800
Regular - April 4 - May 29: $2,000
On-Site - After May 29: $2,200

Student Registration (with Student Identification):

Early Bird - By April 3: $250
Regular - April 4 - May 29: $300
On-Site - After May 29: $350

Payment Policy

Payment may be made by check, purchase order, or credit card (MasterCard and Visa only).

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a registration and request a refund, a written request (e-mail is acceptable) must be sent to ccsso@tandmservices.com or faxed to (419) 715-9750. Telephone requests will NOT be honored.

  • Refund requests received by April 3, 2009 will receive a full refund less a $25 cancellation fee.
  • Refund requests received April 4 – May 29, 2009 will receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Refund requests received after May 29, 2009 will not be honored; all fees are completely NON-REFUNDABLE.
