Hello Colleagues in 5 MSP sites! I hope everyone had an excellent holidays break!
We here in DC are still a little bit relaxed because some of our important "big bosses"-- U.S. Congress --have not come back to town yet. But our MSP RETA Study team (CCSSO, AIR, WCER) have remained hard at work on the Longitudinal Study of Professional Development.
Attached is a January 8 status report on the Surveys of Enacted Curriculum and the PD Activity Log (PDAL). As you can see the PDAL response rate has improved recently, mainly due to the Phone followup system we are trying with teachers.
Also if you are interested there is a new powerpoint on our plans for the analysis of the data from PDAL-- it is long as an attachment, so let me know if you would like to see it-- [developed by AIR/Kwang Yoon].
We will see many of you at the MSP meeting at end of January! Let us know if you have questions or concerns.
