Collaborative Programs in General and Special Education: An Action Guide for Higher Education and Policymakers This Action Guide is in draft form and is being revised in anticipation of a final publication date in the early spring of 2007. This draft of the Guide does not yet contain concrete examples of college and university teacher education programs or of state licensure structures. CTQ Teams may duplicate, distribute and use this draft on a limited basis to forward their work on teacher education reform efforts.
