Statewide Longitudinal Data Systems Grant Program

CCSSO staff supports the administration of the Institute of Education Sciences (IES) Statewide Longitudinal Data Systems (SLDS) Grant Program. The Grant Program is designed to aid state education agencies in developing and implementing longitudinal data systems. These systems are intended to enhance the ability of States to efficiently and accurately manage, analyze, and use education data, including individual student records.

CCSSO’s activities with the Grant Program include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing technical assistant to SLDS Grantees. This technical assistance is provided through a number of organizations.
  • Holding conference calls and webinars
  • Hosting SLDS Annual Grantee Meetings and Business Meetings
