AYP/NCLB Guidance

CCSSO continues its longstanding commitment to supporting chief state school officers and their organizations in implementing the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB). One of the most complex segments of the law is the accountability model requirements, namely adequate yearly progress (AYP). AYP poses a number of new challenges and opportunities for state educators. Below you will find resources specifically created by CCSSO to report on, and assist with, state implementation of AYP requirements under NCLB.
