Leading an SEC Project

CCSSO supports leaders of SEC projects through the SEC Collaborative in a number of ways. They provide technical assistance and professional development at the collaborative meetings and offer additional training at leader request in your state or district. The guidance and resources in this section of the website are one more way that CCSSO supports project leadership. SEC leaders will be guided through the process of planning, communicating, and implementing their SEC projects as well as analyzing their SEC data and planning next steps.
