This rubric is designed for teachers to assess the frequency and quality of literacy instruction and practices that they use to support their students’ learning.
Literacy Self-Assessment Planning Tool
This tool is to be used by teachers after they complete the literacy self-assessment rubric. Its goal is to help teachers synthesize their self-assessment results and identify targeted professional development opportunities and opportunities for collaborative learning among school staff.
