Teacher Quality and Improvement, the e-newsletter of the State Teacher Quality Network, is a free electronic newsletter published every two weeks. The purpose of this newsletter is to provide links to recent reports, studies, legislative action, and news articles related to teacher quality and improvement efforts at the state and district levels.

The State Teacher Quality Network is part of the School Improvement Initiative housed at CCSSO, and is supported by funding from the Joyce Foundation.  The purpose of this Network is to provide information, support, and technical assistance to help states strengthen the quality of teaching and school leadership, particularly in high-poverty, low-performing schools.
