Language, Culture, and Equity is a free monthly e-newsletter focusing on efforts at the state and district level to strengthen the quality of instruction for English language learners and Native American students and to improve their academic achievement. The purpose of this newsletter is to provide links to recent reports, studies, legislative action, and news articles related to education and language policies, programs, and practices that affect ELL and Native American students. Please note that some newspapers require free registration to gain access to their news articles. In addition, some of the links provided in the newsletters may expire over time.
