Online Computer-Based (Testing) Decision Making Tool
This is a link to a website intended to assist state education agency personnel make decisions and implementation plans associated with moving from a paper and pencil testing environment to a computer-based testing environment. Once you enter the site information is provided about the purpose of the tool, how to create a login and password for the tool, and directions for using the tool. The link to the tool is imbedded in this online document. In addition, this site also provides an annotated bibliography regarding online assessment.
