Welcome to State Education Agency University (SEA U)!

SEA U is a series of online classes that further the educational development of SEA chief state school officers and their and staff. Classes take place live online every other month. The classes with full audio and visual are available on this page to stream one week after the live class occurs. News State Education Agency University (SEA U) is now accepting proposals for sessions for 2009! This CCSSO professional development opportunity occurs every other month with sessions taking place in the months of February, April, June, August, October, and December. All 2009 SEA U sessions must be chief-led; chiefs may enlist their staff to assist and co-present. Session proposals should be timely and relevant to critical issues within SEAs with the general goals of assisting fellow chiefs in building capacity, sharing best practices in utilizing technology to support 21st century learning, and exploring new models of teaching and learning.
