Imagine…

Attending a conference that is exclusively focused on all forms of student assessment from international tests to moment-by-moment measures that teachers use in the classroom every day. From high-stakes, large-scale, on-demand accountability tests to the persistent practice of collecting and using routine evidence of achievement that helps teachers and students understand what comes next in the teaching and learning process.

The National Conference on Student Assessment (NCSA) features what is actually happening in educational assessment and what works (and doesn’t work). It is the place to find new direction, new ideas, new technologies, and the very latest research in the field. You’ll find the chance to discuss current issues with your colleagues and talk to the leaders in the field to challenge and enhance your knowledge. You can listen to debates between the countervailing forces that shape and determine what happens in the classroom, the school, the district, the nation, and even around the world.

The National Conference on Student Assessment is where it happens; and it happens this year in Los Angeles at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel on June 21-24.
