The US Department of Education (ED) has made all Phase I applications, peer review comments, and scores available on its website, here. Video presentations of the 16 finalists will be available next week.
Please note that ED has made one change to the rules governing the Phase II competition. Proposed state budgets must now fit within the ranges suggested by ED in the RTTT original notice. Delaware and Tennessee Awarded Race to the Top Phase I Grants
US Secretary of Education Arne Duncan awarded Race to the Top (RTTT) Phase I grants to Delaware and Tennessee. CCSSO acknowledges the strong applications these two states submitted and reaffirms its commitment to work with all states as they submit applications for Phase II which are due on June 1, 2010.The US Department of Education (ED) has made all Phase I applications, peer review comments, and scores available on its website, here.
