WDEL.com (01/23/2013) Cherry, Amy

The Delaware Department of Education will use Race to the Top money to launch an anonymous online survey, called "TELL Delaware," to provide teachers with the chance to voice any feedback about their working conditions. Educators have until Feb. 15 to take the survey, and the results are expected to be finalized in March. State Education Secretary Mark Murphy commented that having these results "provides us with a really solid understanding of how our educators perceive their experiences. There are improvements and changes that can be made at the school level, at the district level, at the state level as a result of this survey implementation." The Education Department hopes to achieve a 50 percent response rate to the survey. To take the survey, go here.
