N.J. Education Website Offers Teachers Curriculum Resources (11/18/13) Brody, Leslie

The New Jersey Department of Education has launched the Educator Resource Exchange to help teachers adapt to the Common Core State Standards. The website features more than 2,000 lessons, videos, and classroom activities, and State Education Commissioner Chris Cerf hopes teachers will contribute their own materials to expand the resources offered. Cerf says teachers can search for materials by course, grade level, and connection to state curriculum requirements. The site can be viewed by the general public at no cost, but lessons can be uploaded and commented on only by teachers.
