NDDPI Offers Learning Center Grants

Grand Forks Herald (ND) (02/27/13)North Dakota Superintendent of Public Instruction Kirsten Baesler announced that her department would begin accepting applications for a three-year grant to expand or establish community learning centers. Faith-based groups, non-profit groups, school districts, and local governments are among those groups eligible to apply for a grant. The 21st Century Community Learning grants are designed to provide support for centers that focus on helping children who are in high-need schools.
