Business Leaders Express Support for the Common Core

An open letter from 73 business leaders appeared in the New York Times on February 12, 2013, outlining support for the Common Core State Standards. Leaders from companies including 3M, Intel, Time Warner Cable, and General Mills, signed onto express their support, writing, "The United States is once again at a critical place in its quest for educational excellence, and the need for a strong employer voice is greater than ever."
