*If you are a full-time or graduate student, you are eligible to receive a discounted registration rate. You will need to provide your current student identification card or some other proof of your student status upon registration at the conference. We cannot consider your registration for the special rate if proper identification is not provided, and you will be required to pay the difference in the student rate and onsite rate when registering at the conference.

Registration Cancellation Policy
 
You may cancel your conference registration and receive a full refund, less a $75.00 processing fee, by notifying CCSSO in writing of the cancellation no later than May 15, 2013. No refunds will be granted after May 15, although substitutions will be allowed at any time.
